For the streamer to start working in the eyezon app, the administrator has to register the streamer and add them to the selected button. There are two ways to register a streamer:

We regularly release new versions of the eyezon application, and because of that, we often require streamers to update their application. If a critical feature or a bugfix has been released, the update will be mandatory: streamers won’t be able to use the application until updated to the latest version.
<aside> 💡 We recommend you to turn on auto updates for the eyezon application to ensure best possible performance.

To find out the version of eyezon application, please proceed to the Profile section and tap the gear icon in the upper right corner. This will open Settings with the current application version displayed in the bottom ******bar.
If you have difficulty updating the eyezon app using the application store, we advise you to download the latest version as the APK file format from your business account.

To ensure optimal performance, we recommend using devices with an increased battery capacity, operating under Android version 7.0 and higher or iOS 15 and higher.
To use captions mode while streaming, you need to have Speech to text functionality enabled on your device and Google Services installed.

<aside> 💡 If a VPN connection is enabled on your mobile device, the eyezon application may not work as intended. We recommend turning off the VPN connection when working with the eyezon application.

Download links will also be sent to the streamer’s e-mail if the administrator used it for registration.
