Requirements for your website management system

Web pages with the eyezon widget installed must be served over secure HTTPS protocol, otherwise the widget will not work properly, i.e. the user will not be able to connect to the video stream and use the microphone to communicate with the streamer, and the session will occur with a 5-10 second delay.

Technical requirements for mobile devices

Since video streaming uses significant power, we recommend using devices with an increased battery capacity for streamers.

To use captions mode while streaming, you need to have Speech to text functionality enabled on your device and Google Services installed.

<aside> πŸ’‘ Stable internet access with a minimum speed of 2 Mb per second is essential. However, for the correct functioning of the widget, a recommended speed is 10 Mb per second.

<aside> πŸ’‘ If a VPN connection is enabled on your mobile device, the eyezon application may not work as intended. We recommend turning off the VPN connection when working with the eyezon application.

Application version and updating the application

We regularly release new versions of the eyezon application, and because of that, we often require streamers to update their application. If a critical feature or a bugfix has been released, the update will be mandatory: streamers won’t be able to use the application until updated to the latest version.

If you are using a Huawei mobile device, you may have difficulty downloading the latest version of eyezon application if your device does not support Google Mobile Services.

In this case, we advise you to download the application from your business account.

If you have any other difficulty downloading the app from an app store, you can download the latest version of eyezon application ****from your business account.

To do this, you need to choose For developers - Downloads section in your business account, and download the APK file.

Finding the app version in the app and in stores

Please tap the User icon at the bottom of the screen of eyezon app, and then, the Settings icon at the top of the screen. You will find eyezon app version below the settings.
