Creating the button

To create a new button, log into your personal account and press the "+" sign in the left panel menu. You can create as many buttons as you need.

Buttons can be assigned to different product categories, physical stores or groups of streamers.

If you create several buttons, we recommend naming them in a way that will help you distinguish and group them easily. It is under this name that the button will appear in your statistics.

Button name

When you create a name for your button, you can come up with any suitable option, as only you can see this name in your eyezon business account or in statistics. However, a button text is visible to all customers on your website.

You can configure the button name in the Appearance section of your eyezon business account, and the button text — a little later, while embedding the script on the website.

Collecting the customers’ personal data

You can collect customers’ data using a form that will appear in a chat window. A customer can leave their email, phone number and full name. By default, this feature is optional for the customer, and they can skip this step.
