eyezon supports adding an item to cart during the stream or in the dialog. This can happen in two ways.
The Customer can click on the Add to cart sign at the top of the widget.

The Streamer can suggest to the customer to add a product to their cart. The customer will see a dialog box with the message “Streamer suggests to add the product to the cart”. When they accept or reject this offer, a notification will appear in the chat.

When a customer adds an item to their cart, the "Add to cart request" button in the streamer app turns into a "Product added" notification.
<aside> ℹ️ Only the product for which the stream request was sent can be added to cart in the widget. If a customer wants to add another product to the cart, they can do it in a normal way, using the product page.

The streamer may scan the item barcode during the stream and suggest the customer to add this item to their cart. Afterwards, the streamer will see the Request "Add to cart" message. The customer may either accept or deny the request.
For the actual purchase to happen from the scanned barcode, your store management system needs to accept the product ID passed on from the eyezon side upon scanning the barcode. This needs to be configured in your store management system. Please see Setting up adding to cart via Multicart function section further in this article for more details.
By default, the function of adding an item to the cart is disabled, as it requires configuration. To enable it, you need to do the following:
