eyezon is a service that makes online shopping as easy, clear and seamless as offline. It allows your customers to communicate with shop assistants via video directly from the product page.

Technically, eyezon is a piece of code built into the page but there are many components within the service:

  1. A server, which is used for running live streams. Also, this is where we collect and analyze interactions between streamers and customers within our service.
  2. The streamer's app, which is installed on shop assistants' smartphones and allows them to communicate with customers and run video streams. To use the app, shop assistants must be registered as streamers in our system.
  3. Our button, which is installed on a product page and which launches a widget where the customer can communicate with the streamer through video.
  4. And, finally, your business account, where you can manage all the work, configure buttons and their appearance, set the tone of voice of the text in the widget and customize the service to your business.

The key element of the eyezon's work is the people who make the service a very effective solution for amplifying live sales of any business.

How eyezon works

Simplicity and seamlessness

The customer doesn't need to download an application, everything happens right in the browser.

Initially, eyezon looks like a button on the page.

When a customer taps or clicks the button, the eyezon widget appears. The request is sent to our server, and from there, it goes to the streamers whose mobile app is in Available mode. When a streamer accepts the request, the stream starts in the customer's widget, right in the browser.

While waiting for the streamer to answer, the customer can enable browser notifications and continue browsing the website. The alert will appear as a pop-up eyezon icon on the screen. Alternatively, they can choose to receive notifications over email or via text messages. As soon as a streamer responds, they will receive an alert to join the stream.

During the stream, a customer can communicate with the streamer by voice and text. The customer doesn't need to turn on their camera.

If the customer hasn't joined the stream, they can watch it later in a recording when they return to the website through a link sent by notification message.
