Business account protection

Access to your account is active for 24 hours after logging in. After that, you will need to log in again.

Streamer password change and recovery

A streamer can't change or recover a password on their own. This can only be done by the administrator of the business account in the Streamers section.

If the streamer is registered via email

Click on the "key" button opposite the desired streamer. The automatically generated password will be sent to the streamer's registered email address.

<aside> ⚠️ If a streamer didn't receive the email with a new password in their inbox, please ask them to check the Spam folder.

If the streamer is registered via upload

In this case, you need to re-upload the streamer list file with a new password.

Protecting streamers from unwanted messages

If a customer sends out unwanted messages to a streamer, the streamer can mark them as Spam in the Close dialog menu. The customer will receive a notification that their message was deemed improper, and they will be banned from further communication.

Password to access dialogs

All dialogs between your streamers and customers are available for download via password protected links. The login for access is your business ID. You will find the password in your account in the "Settings" section. Youк current password can be updated there if necessary.
