The coupon system allows you to encourage streamers to conduct streams. Each coupon can be assigned the value (it defines what the streamer can receive for this coupon) and its price in points.
The value of coupons can include corporate discounts, special deals, bonuses or other awards for streamers at the company's choice. For example, it may be an extra day off, a one time late for work permission, or something more creative. Let your imagination run free!
The streamer receives points by conducting streams: 1 stream = 1 point.
Coupons are open to streamers' usage in the eyezon application. There are two sections: the Store with coupons available for purchase and My coupons for the coupons already purchased by the streamer.
The Administrator can create and delete coupons in the Reward program – Coupons section in the eyezon business account.
On the page, you need to scroll down to All coupons and click on the plus sign.
You can set a name and description of the coupon and set its price in points. On the right of the window, you can preview the coupon as it will show in the eyezon app. After completing all the changes, please click Create.
Once created, the coupon appears in All coupons section and can’t be edited anymore, only deleted. To do that, please click the cross in the top right corner of the coupon and confirm the removal by clicking Delete in the window that appears.
Immediately after removal, the coupon will no longer appear in the Store section and becomes unavailable for purchase. However, if the streamer purchased a coupon before it was deleted by the administrator, they may use it in My Coupons section.
As soon as the coupon is created, it appears in the Store section of the eyezon app.
To purchase a coupon, the streamer needs to click on the coupon they like and confirm their purchase. The number of points on the streamer's account will decrease by the number of points equals to the cost of the coupon. The number of remaining points will be displayed at the top of the screen next to the streamer's name.
